Modern Democrat Liberals fancy themselves as “Progressives” with or without reference to the I.W.W Wobbles of the 1930’s. The only distinction between a Liberal and a Progressive is that the Liberal prefers to just jump directly off the cliff while the Progressive wants to fly off by Pogo-Stick.  This is an apparent example of the current political landscape.

The ever creative Democrats have a broadband allegiance spanning Labor Front Blue Collar working Americans stretched to the intellectual college formulated Anti-War Leftist “Progressives” while the Republicans Party stands naked shone detached from its Conservative mantle. There is an opportunity here to expand identity and possible detach from the stagnant Republican Party hierarchy by forming the “Independence Party.” The manifesto measurement scale of the Independence Party would be determined by the increase or decrease in independence; ergo, would exploring for domestic petroleum based energy products increase or decrease our nation’s independence; or, having the government provide universal health insurance coverage will increase or decrease personal independence and freedom; or, to allow for the public licensing of “Marriage” by two people of the same sex will increase or decrease independence and responsibility as a society; or, would a flat-tax or value-added tax (VAT) scheme be a more “Independence” means to maintain government solvency and operations. By definition if the program or proposition increases independence it should be accepted, if it decreases independence it should fail.

The Republican Party of Abraham Lincoln evolved from obstinacy and stagnation from the Farm Democrats and Whigs of that era. Their trend generation was to keep and uphold the institution of slavery despite the Abolitionist Movement growing in New England and the Mississippi Northwest. From its very inception the Republican Party was in poignant opposition to slavery. Conversely, today the Party Leadership is bogged down in multi-generational identity politics by trying to take up too many seats on the bus resulting in a broken down bus.

The Independence Party would attract those Americans who cherish their personal sense of independence. On any July or August evening along the shoreline of a lake, river, or ocean beach Independence Party People  relish the freedom building the biggest bonfire possible and being responsible for the clean up of the swath of nature used making it more pristine then when originally found.  In my father’s day we used to clean up looking for the silver dollar and if we found the silver dollar put it someplace else for the next group of campers. We never found the silver dollar but we always left that piece of public space cleaner then found nonetheless.

What part in this bouillabaisse can the United States take part is a tough question ventured as to just what makes up the true or vital interests of the United States relative to Pakistan and/or India. Status Quo Ante the assassination is a condition that does not exist and to pretend that it does is folly with a long history of such foolishness leading into protracted conflict and war. That said, the United Stares cannot straddle Pakistan and India in a Pakistan versus India world of affairs. If the weights be to Pakistan then our alliance will need be with the Musharraf Government of Pakistan more than the Populi Pakistani itself because our vital interests exists with our Armed Forces we have situated in Afghanistan beyond and over the  Pakistani mountain range and geographically a most vulnerable place on the planet.

OPEC is the primary source selling the US public the fallacious notions of solar power, wind power, biomass, anything but - god forbid - nuclear power and forget about mining and burning coal or domestic drilling for oil anywhere that the Stars and Stripes might wave. It is the Oil Barons who are footing the bill selling the “Alternative Fuels” nonsense which the guilt tripped American public are buying hook line and sinker.

ALL LIES! Global Warming-Climate Change, Sola-Windo-Pedo Power are all masquerade masks of Saudi Arabia, OPEC and the creep sheiks like Moham bin Moola Moola. These smiling jackels will willingly drown the US in its insatiable demands for more and more oil.

ALONE -I am fighting a no-win game! No matter how hard I yodel the Greens always out yodel me louder and louder higher up on the hill to be heard by many more people. The resources for the Green Environmentalists are inexhaustible because it is  Saudi - OPEC - Big Oil that pays the rent and all their other expenses. 

I scream aloud anxiously about the critical importance of domestic energy independence and the environmental obstructionist halt – in the courts with their $1,000.oo/hour attorneys – any consideration because of some restrictions on greenlands, grasslands, floodlands, mudlands, waterlands. and some bug or field mouse supposedly “endangered” that stops any further progress dead in its tracks. 

Think deep for a moment!
